Exchanges & Returns: Unraveling the Threads
Greetings, fellow adventurers! Have you embarked on a shopping journey with Mystic Trendz, only to discover a mismatch in size or a product that isn't quite what your mystical vision had conjured? Fear not! We offer paths to rectify this situation.
Before Embarking on Your Return Journey:
- Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@mystictrendz.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellations after this period may not be possible, especially if the order has already been processed for shipment.
- Return or Exchange Requests: Within seven days of receiving your treasures, if you encounter any issue, reach out to our support team at support@mystictrendz.com. They’ll assist you with the exchange or return process.
For Size Issues or Incorrect Products:
- Exchange Request Timeline: Raise your exchange request within seven days of receiving the product (including the day of delivery).
- Exchange Process: We can swap the product for another size or the correct item of the same value, completely free of charge! We’ll also arrange for the return to be picked up from your doorstep.
Exchanging for a Higher Value:
- If your desired exchange is more valuable than the original, the difference in price will need to be paid online before the exchange can proceed.
Proper Packing & Condition:
- To ensure a smooth exchange, the product must have its original sticker label attached, be neatly folded, and securely packed to avoid transit damage. Exchanges without these elements may not be processed.
Refunds:
- Refunds are only granted in rare instances of genuinely defective products. If this happens, email support@mystictrendz.com with your order information, a description of the issue, and pictures of the defect for verification.
Return Exceptions and Deductions:
- In rare cases, a return may be accepted for reasons other than delivery issues or incorrect orders. However, a fee of Rs 100 will be deducted from the refund to cover the cost of the return pickup.
Refunds and Color Variations:
- Refunds are not offered for slight variations in color or design compared to what's displayed on our website or advertising.
Warranty on Defects:
- We are not responsible for refunds if the verification process reveals that the defect was caused by your actions or negligence.
Prevention is Key:
- To avoid such situations, please reject any packages showing signs of damage at the time of delivery.
Final Notes:
- We reserve the right to refuse exchange or return requests if the product does not meet our guidelines.
- Only one exchange/return request per order is allowed.
- Used or washed products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Sale items and those purchased with discount codes are not eligible for refunds.
- Free exchanges are only offered for size issues, not refunds.
